Off The Page Literary Celebration

Sarasota County Libraries and Historical Resources is hosting Off The Page, a literary celebration for all. Throughout the month of November, enjoy events featuring acclaimed authors, book signings, workshops, and more.

On Thursday, November 7, meet Soman Chainani, author of The School for Good and Evil, at Shannon Staub Library at 6 p.m.

Friday, November 8, best-selling author Amor Towles, known for A Gentleman in Moscow, appears at Venice Performing Arts Center at 7 p.m.

On Tuesday, November 12, celebrity chef Edward Lee, author of Bourbonland, will speak at Shannon Staub Library at 6 p.m.

And on Wednesday, November 13, join TikTok sensation Oliver James at two locations: Betty J. Johnson North Sarasota Library at 3 p.m. and Fruitville Library at 6 p.m.

Other featured authors include Lisa Unger, Rebecca Renner, and Curtis Sittenfeld. All events are open to the public on a first-come, first-seated basis.
