eBuy for Education is an annual online auction benefiting the Tampa Bay Times Newspaper in Education program.
eBuy for Education 2023 will take place Oct. 11-16, 2023 at biddingforgood.com/tampabay. One hundred percent of funds raised will be used to provide educational resources to schools in the Tampa Bay area.
The Tampa Bay Times Newspaper in Education program (NIE) serves educators, students and families by providing schools with class sets of the Pulitzer Prize-winning Tampa Bay Times newspaper, plus award-winning educational publications, lesson plans, classroom activities, teacher workshops and much more – all at no cost to schools, teachers or families.
NIE is a member of Florida Press Educational Services (FPES), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization of newspaper professionals that promotes literacy and critical thinking, particularly for young people.
