Tropical Heatwave 2015 Volunteering Revving up!

Share

We use hundreds of volunteers to make Tropical Heatwave happen. If you are interested in volunteering for WMNF and Tropical Heatwave, please register here. Volunteers make sure folks have their wristbands on, sell bottled water, help feed the bands, set up the tents and tables, and lots more.

We are having a new volunteer & Tropical Heatwave orientation on Tuesday, April 21 at 7pm here at WMNF. It is really important that you attend this orientation if you want to help out at THW15!

It is helpful too even if you have volunteered before. Volunteers can get into THW15 free the day of their shift (most shifts are just a few hours long), and if you do 2 shifts then you get in free both days. People who pledge to clean up and load up on Sunday, the day after Heatwave, get in free both days.

If you need more information, please email [email protected]. It will be great to have you!

Ways to listen

WMNF is listener-supported. That means we don't advertise like a commercial station, and we're not part of a university.

Ways to support
