Tropical Storm Alex ushered in the 2022 Atlantic Hurricane season and brought flashing flooding to western Cuba and South Florida. When tropical storms or hurricanes strike coastal areas, they bring a number of serious hazards such as, high winds, tornadoes and storm surge. These serious storms can also lead to loss of homes or lives. However, environmental storms are not the only storms that disrupt our lives.  There also internal storms (those concerning the body, mind, heart and soul)

On Morning Energy we are going to spend time exploring how to adjust to and overcome storms as it relates to various areas of our lives. However, we will also be taking the time to explore the benefits that storms can have in our lives as well.

Join me, Renna Reddick Friday from 4 to 6 a.m. for a special musical journey about this topic! I am definitely looking forward to spending time with you on the airwaves and sharing your energy!!!
