Cesar Hernandez is the Government Relations Director at Hillsborough Area Regional Transit Authority (HART). He’s also a former student body president at the University of South Florida.
A Brooklyn native, Cesar is also an extremely active millennial when it comes to public policy and trying to make the community better. He spoke on the program about local politics, engagement and transportation.
