MidPoint for Thursday, March 1- The gun debate in Florida

Share

Fifteen days after the Valentine’s Day massacre at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland,  school and gun safety measures continue to be debated in the state Capitol.

We talked about those proposals during today’s show.

It featured Shelbie Seys, a mother of three kids in Parkland area schools who led a caravan of parents of Parkland/Coral Spring students to Tallahassee.  Bill Bunting, Pasco County Republican State Committeeman and NRA member, and Wendy Malloy and Kristin Gerke with Moms Demand Action.
