May Day rally for labor and immigration rights in Ybor City

Friday was May First – it was celebrated around the world as May Day, also known as International Workers Day or Labor Day. About 30 people rallied on a sidewalk along 7th Avenue in Ybor City Friday evening chanting about labor rights and immigration rights.

WMNF spoke with an organizer, Alicia Gazga, a member of Raices en Tampa.
