Grateful Ed

Hey Now ! So glad you have found us here on The Freak Show! I have been a volunteer here at WMNF since 1984, and hosting on The Freak Show since 1985. Coming to you live from the Vicki Santa Memorial Studio, we call it hippie music, but it includes everything from Elvis to the British Invasion, singer song writers from the folky 70’s,and all our Freaky Friends from the psychedelic sounds of San Francisco! That’s just the start of it! Tune in so you can tune out! Let us know what we can play for you.

Hi Grateful Ed! My husband and I listen to and love your show. With that said, request that you play more women. Women hold up half the sky! Love the greats- ie Joni and Emmy Lou, but so so many women musicians/singers to add to your repertoire of voices from the great era of music. Thanks for consideration, Grateful Ellen

Ways to listen

WMNF is listener-supported. That means we don't advertise like a commercial station, and we're not part of a university.

Ways to support

WMNF volunteers have fun providing a variety of needed services to keep your community radio station alive and kickin'.
