Maria Fabian joined the Urban Cafe crew to discuss the issues surrounding our homeless youth here in the Tampa Bay area. A native of Tampa, Florida, Maria Fabian is a former homeless youth who spent more than two months during her senior year of school living in an abandoned apartment with no electricity or running water.
