“Exploring Woodstock And Other Festivals” on Morning Energy

Share

The Spring and Summer months are filled with some of the world’s most popular music festivals, the likes of which include: (Coachella, Lollapalooza, and the Pitchfork Music Festival) all of which provide opportunities for music enthusiasts to see their favorite bands and musicians. However, long before the popularity of these festivals, there was the  legendary Woodstock Music and Art Fair (“Woodstock”) Festival.  This three day music festival began on August 15, 1969.

Among many things that the Woodstock Festival will be known for is being a haven of escape for those seeking good music while spreading a message of hope, peace, unity and love.

On Morning Energy, we are going to spend time exploring the history of Woodstock as well as many other popular (and not so popular)  festivals around the world.

Join me, Renna Reddick Friday from 4 to 6 a.m. for a special musical journey about this topic! I am definitely looking forward to spending time with you on the airwaves and sharing your energy!!!
