Today on Radioactivity, Rob Lorei discusses Corporate Personhood with Attorney David Cobb. Cobb is a national spokesperson for Move to Amend, a grassroots organization working to end corporate money in political campaigns, in response to a 2010 Supreme Court decision which extended 1st amendment rights to non-profit and for-profit organizations. This decision allows campaign spending by such entities as a form of free speech. Cobb also addresses comments made by Texas Senator Ted Cruz against Move to Amend’s efforts.

David Cobb will be speaking at 7 pm tonight at the Fogartyville Community Center in Sarasota.
