There is a saying that, “No Man Is An Island”.  This saying comes from a sermon by the seventeenth-century English author John Donne, and means no one is truly self-sufficient and that we all must rely on each other to survive. However, as profound and truthful as this saying is, relying on each other is not always easy especially when there are so many people that have hidden agendas and also lack a heart of compassion.

On Morning Energy we are going to further explore the importance of having compassion for each other as well as compassion for ourselves, (which requires doing our best to strive to have a heart of gold).

Join me, Renna Reddick Friday from 4 to 6 a.m. for a special musical journey about this topic! I am definitely looking forward to spending time with you on the airwaves and sharing your energy!!!
