Books & Bites pairs Tampa restaurants with popular authors as they discuss their writing process, answer questions, and offer a glimpse into their own personal stories. On Tuesday, January 29, at 12 p.m. at the Robert W. Saunders, Sr. Public Library, Wayne A. Wiegand, renowned American library historian and author, will discuss his book, The Desegregation of Public Libraries in the Jim Crow South.
