Pinellas Association for Retarded Children is currently seeking attorneys willing to represent people with developmental disabilities in an appeal process through the Division of Administrative Hearings. Services for people living with a developmental disability are unfairly being reduced or eliminated due to a tiered delivery system, which arbitrarily caps critical services.
