Transportation, traffic, & bike issues top the agenda for St Petersburg's Downtown Neighborhood Association meeting at the Sunshine Center at 7 PM. Speakers address public transportation and planning related to traffic in St. Petersburg and the region and the new managemnet of the Baywalk.
